At InUSA Luggage, we want you to travel with confidence and peace of mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused luggage in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Luggage

  Place the unused suitcase back into its original box with all tags attached to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
